This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful industry leader in a hands-on Storeperson / MR Delivery Driver role, combining warehouse operations, stock handling and customer deliveries.

About the Role...

Working as part of our warehouse and logistics team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock within the warehouse, as well as completing multi-drop customer deliveries in a Medium Rigid (MR) vehicle.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys being active, working as part of a team and having a mix of warehouse and driving responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely completing multi-drop deliveries to customers using an MR vehicle
• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
• Providing professional and friendly customer service at delivery locations
• Receiving incoming stock and checking goods against documentation
• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
• Loading delivery vehicles and ensuring goods are secured correctly
• Moving and storing stock throughout the warehouse
• Operating warehouse equipment and assisting with general warehouse duties
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
• Assisting with stock control and the accurate movement of goods through our
• Warehouse Management System
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

About You...
We are looking for a reliable, motivated and safety-focused person who enjoys a combination of driving, customer service and hands-on warehouse work.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in warehousing, logistics, transport, manufacturing or a similar environment, together with customer service experience

You will also have:

• A current MR driver's licence and a clean driving record
• Previous experience driving a medium rigid vehicle and/or completing multi-drop deliveries
• A current forklift licence, or a willingness to obtain one
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Good communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A reliable and positive attitude
• A willingness to take on additional responsibilities when required

Don't have a forklift licence? That's okay. Training can be provided to the successful candidate.

You will also be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing, and provide contactable work references.
