We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Window / Door Kit Estimator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating projects, solving problems, and collaborating across sales, inventory, and warehouse teams.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for preparing accurate quotes, coordinating project orders and ensuring our customers receive the products, information and service they need — when they need it

About the Role..

As a Window / Door Kit Estimator, you will be an important part of our customer service and sales team. You will manage customer enquiries and project orders, coordinate lead times and stock availability, and work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

You will also have the opportunity to build your product knowledge and develop strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities..

• Prepare accurate quotes and estimates for window and door kit projects.
• Coordinate customer orders from quotation through to delivery.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to manage lead times, stock availability and delivery requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, jobs and customer information across relevant systems.
• Support the Sales and Branch teams with day-to-day customer service and administrative requirements.
• Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, organisation, Workplace Health & Safety and company procedures.
• Proactively develop product knowledge and contribute to a positive, collaborative and high-performing team environment.

About You..

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

You will ideally have:

• Advanced experience using V6 window quoting software.
• Customer service, telephone sales or sales training.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience servicing retail or trade customers, ideally face-to-face.
• Experience scheduling and coordinating work, orders and lead times.
• Previous experience working within a customer service or sales team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Good conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
• A proactive, flexible and positive approach to work.
• A strong ability to work collaboratively with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• A willingness to learn, develop product knowledge and continuously improve processes.
• Building, aluminium, window, door or hardware products.
• Experience using APS scheduling software.
• Certificate II or III in Customer Contact or a related qualification.
• Further training or qualifications in customer service and sales.
