About the Role... We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operator to join our warehouse team in Eastern Creek. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring the safe handling, storage, movement, and dispatch of inventory while maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and inventory accuracy. The successful candidate will be hands-on, safety-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Warehousing Inventory Management Safety and Compliance Adhere to all Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures. Report hazards, incidents, and near misses promptly. Participate in safety meetings and training activities. Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
Teamwork and Continuous Improvement - Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in achieving daily operational and productivity targets.
- Demonstrate flexibility when operational priorities change.
About You... You will have: Essential - Previous warehouse experience.
- Current Australian LF Forklift License.
- Experience using RF scanners and barcode systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Ability to safely perform manual handling tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Unrestricted Australian work rights allowing full-time employment.
- Current Overhead Crane License and/or experience operating overhead cranes.
- Experience operating sideloaders (e.g. Hubtex or similar equipment).
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Inventory counting and stock take experience.
- Experience handling bulky, oversized, or long-length products.
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, building materials, aluminium, steel, or distribution environments.
