About the Role...

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in LEAN and safe operations at our Bundaberg site.

Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Act and lead in a way that is consistent with Alspec’s R..E.S.P.E.C.T values.
• Responsible for the Health & Safety of your designated team.
• Responsible for the stock movement process, ensuring stock is handled in a safe and orderly way.
• Supervise the day-to-day day-to-day activities of your staff, ensuring excellent customer service, high productivity and an emphasis on providing a safe work environment.
• Responsible for meeting daily KPI’s in labour, productivity, transport, and quality
• Monitor the accuracy for goods being dispatched, ensuring correct QA processes are being followed.
• Work in collaboration with other functional departments within Alspec
• Work autonomously and set clear direction for staff.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

About You...

To be successful, you are;

• A natural leader with warehouse management experience
• Experienced in the aluminium or building industry (preferred, not essential).
• A team player adept at leading a team
• Passionate, results-driven with a very ‘hands-on’ approach.
