  • Drive a continuous improvement culture through coaching, training, and hands‑on leadership.
  • Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and supplier teams to improve incoming quality and material flow.
  • Support digitalisation, automation, and error‑proofing initiatives aligned with the national quality strategy.
  • Provide accurate reporting on scrap, RMAs, cost of quality, and CI performance.

About You

  • Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt exposure desirable).
  • 10–15 years’ experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong background in process improvement, process engineering, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead hands‑on problem‑solving on the shop floor.
  • Experience with NCR, RMA, OEE, and quality reporting systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.

Why Join Us

You will play a key role in shaping the future of branch‑level quality and operational performance. This is an opportunity to lead meaningful improvement work, influence culture, and contribute to a national quality transformation program.
