About the Role. As the Customer Service Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service function, ensuring efficient order processing, strong customer relationships, and a positive team culture. Working closely with internal departments, sales teams, and customers, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence while mentoring and developing a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities - Lead and oversee the Customer Service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve operational service standards
- Manage escalated customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and strong customer relationship management
- Drive team performance through coaching, mentoring, training, and ongoing staff development initiatives
- Monitor daily workflows, staffing, and service levels to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of administration, data integrity, and compliance with Workplace Health & Safety procedures
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service delivery, team productivity, and operational efficiency
