About the Role...

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the The Senior Business Process Analyst will lead the redefinition of business operational processes across the organisation.

They will leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies to redefine how the business operates, and how employees interact with a Dynamics 365 ERP.

Key responsibilities:

• The Business Process Analyst is to implement a business process management framework to systematically document processes, including process mapping, defining key performance indicators and controls, and identifying risks.
• The primary focus for the Business Analyst is to document the as-is current flow of process, then redefine new Lean processes to achieve the desired outcome in the most efficient way possible.
• The outputs from this Process Analyst will flow into an active D365 ERP modernisation program of work.
• Working closely with business stakeholders, you will carry out 'As-Is' analysis, identify how to optimise the process, and design a refined process to uplift efficiency. You will design the future target state, as well as the optimisation and uplift of productivity. Your Lean processes will be input to the modernisation of our ERP, the design of the D365 UI, will reduce time and effort, and redefine the most efficient path for the business.

About You...

Experience:

• Active and current Lean Six Sigma certification (Minimum Green Belt, Black Belt preferred).
• Proven experience defining business processes for Dynamics 365 or CRM/ERP transformation programs.
• Exceptional strength in documenting processes, and measured improvements to achieve business outcomes.
• Deep experience engaging various business users, across large multi‑disciplinary business functions.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail, efficiency, and automated flows.
• Ability to balance pace with quality in complex enterprise environments.
• Exceptional communication, prioritisation, people engagement, and decision-making skills.

In addition, you will be;

• Pragmatic and outcome-focused, and comfortable influencing senior stakeholder and technical teams.
• Very organised, strategic thinker, meticulously thorough individual, with strong problem-solving skills.
