About the Role...

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Dynamics 365 Data Platform Administrator is responsible for the operational management, security, and integrity of Microsoft Dataverse and Dynamics 365 production environments.

This role requires deep hands-on experience supporting enterprise systems in live production and enforcing data governance, security, and platform stability.

 Key responsibilities:

• Administer Dataverse environments across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production.
• Own production environment speed, stability, including incident, problem, and release support.
• Manage security roles, teams, business units, and field-level security.
• Monitor and manage Dataverse capacity (database, file, log) and platform health
  Execute data migration, replications, bulk updates, batch jobs, remediation, and recovery activities.
• Support solution deployments, upgrades, and patching across environments.
  Manage Power Platform environments, connections, connection references, and environment variables.
• Monitor platform performance and service health via Power Platform Admin Centre.
• Determine, document and enforce auditing, retention, compliance, and data governance controls.

About You...

Experience:

• 5+ years hands-on experience administering Dynamics 365 ERP and Dataverse in production environments.
• Certification in two or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 credentials.
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-scale or business-critical ERP systems.
• Proven experience working with live data, release cycles, and operational support models.
• Deep understanding of Dataverse architecture, security model, and environment strategy.
• Strong experience with Power Platform Admin Centre and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hands-on experience with dataflows, data migration tools, and bulk data operations
  Strong troubleshooting skills for data integrity, performance, and integration issues
