About the Role…

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team and oversee the successful setup and day-to-day operations of our new Albury facility. This role will be instrumental in driving lean, safe, and efficient warehouse practices from the ground up.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving continuous improvement in customer service and operational outcomes
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the Albury warehouse team
• Supporting the establishment and optimisation of warehouse processes, systems, and workflows
• Improving operational performance across productivity, quality, and customer demand
• Implementing and maintaining effective risk management strategies
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Building strong relationships with staff, suppliers, and customers

About You...

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a natural leader with proven warehouse supervision or management experience
• Have experience in setting up or working in new or growing operations (highly regarded)
• Ideally have exposure to the aluminium or building industry (preferred but not essential)
• Possess strong computer and systems skills
• Be a hands-on team player with strong people management capabilities
• Be driven, proactive, and focused on achieving results
