Omnitest is seeking an experienced Business Operations Support to join our specialised testing facility. This is a hands-on position requiring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities - Procure and manage stock, consumables, and punch tooling to support fabrication and testing operations
- Coordinate fabrication workflows by issuing accurate job specifications and technical information to fabricators
- Schedule and manage testing programs, liaising with Testing Technicians to ensure test dates, capacity, and requirements are met
- Identify, target, and engage potential testing customers to maintain and grow testing volumes
- Prepare technical quotations and manage invoicing in line with agreed pricing and service requirements
- Maintain accurate operational, customer, and testing records across business systems
- Manage OmniTest’s LinkedIn activity and support professional customer communication and engagement.
About You... - Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Experience using AIQ and Orgadata estimation software
- AX data entry and processing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- CNC programming experience (highly regarded)
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver results
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level of self-motivation with a continuous improvement mindset
- Willingness to undertake further education and training
