About the Role.

Omnitest is seeking an experienced Business Operations Support to join our specialised testing facility. This is a hands-on position requiring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure and manage stock, consumables, and punch tooling to support fabrication and testing operations
• Coordinate fabrication workflows by issuing accurate job specifications and technical information to fabricators
• Schedule and manage testing programs, liaising with Testing Technicians to ensure test dates, capacity, and requirements are met
• Identify, target, and engage potential testing customers to maintain and grow testing volumes
• Prepare technical quotations and manage invoicing in line with agreed pricing and service requirements
• Maintain accurate operational, customer, and testing records across business systems
• Manage OmniTest’s LinkedIn activity and support professional customer communication and engagement.

About You...

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Experience using AIQ and Orgadata estimation software
• AX data entry and processing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• CNC programming experience (highly regarded)
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver results
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High level of self-motivation with a continuous improvement mindset
• Willingness to undertake further education and training
