About The Role...


In this role you will lead, co-ordinate and monitor continuous process improvement activity to meet service, quality, productivity, and safety goals aligned with Alspec Vision and standard.


Some of the main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Plan, Co-ordinate, and lead REACH Program implementation by engaging and collaborating with site Managers, Supervisors and Leaders.
  • Encourage and support change by collaborating with internal stakeholders guiding behaviour and actions which support a work improvement culture.
  • Deliver/ assist with training REACH practices and tools such as 5s, 8 Waste, Visual management, A3 and Root Cause Analysis etc. to teams and individuals.
  • Conduct necessary audits and observations for REACH and Safety program, record, and report findings to Operations Manager. 
  • Work with the branch leadership and team to drive improvements in the safety culture and engagement.
  • Be proactive within the team by providing good support, morale, and an enjoyable work environment.

About You...


This is an extremely busy role and requires someone who thrives on working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Applicants will also need to have:

  • Approachable personality with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and improvements.
  • Hold a Cert III in Warehouse Operations.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong computer and systems experience.
  • Strong & effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in the aluminium, home improvement or associated industries would be a distinct advantage.

You will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing and must have contactable work references.
