About The Role...

We are seeking a skilled labourer to assist our Research and Development team in the testing process of fabrication, installation, and removal of test samples of various aluminium systems/products.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing openings and structures for installation of various test aluminium systems/products
• Maintain facilities machinery/test apparatus to ensure they are fit for use
• Fabricate other items as required/requested
• Communicate what materials need to be procured/stocked to undertake planned construction
• Ensuring the facility is always kept clean, tidy and well organised

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to apply your skill set in an industry leading workshop and learn more about the Aluminium industry.

About You...

You will be self-motivated, results driven and possess the following:

• Mechanical working aptitude
• General construction working skills (timber, aluminium, steel, plasterboard etc)
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Strong verbal & written communication skills

The successful applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing and must have contactable work references.
