About The Role...

As part of our energetic Sales team, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers and internal teams. This role offers a mix of customer service, sales admin, and internal coordination — no two days are the same!

Your day-to-day will include:

• Creating quotes and processing customer orders (phone & email)

• Supporting the counter sales and regional sales teams

• Following up on customer queries and product returns

• Liaising with delivery drivers to track orders and updates

About You...

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working as part of a team. To succeed in this role, you will have:

• A bright, confident personality and strong customer focus

• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

• Fast and accurate typing & data entry

• Solid computer systems experience

• Industry experience in aluminium, home improvement or building products (a plus but not essential)

The successful applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing and must have contactable work references.
