 About the Role...

The key tasks of the role include:

• Ability to work on both frontend and backend aspects of web applications.
• Experience in integrating frontend and backend systems.
• Producing high quality code utilising modern front-end technologies
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and optimal performance, providing constructive feedback to fellow developers.
• Produce detailed documentation.
• Align front-end development efforts with product goals.
• Proficiency in multiple software languages and an in-depth understanding of C#, Entity Framework Core, .Net8, ASP.Net Core, Html, CSS Javascript, Typescript.
• RESTful APIs
• Understanding of modern front-end technologies React and Vue.
• Sound understanding of source code management tools such as BitBucket
• Understanding of cloud technologies.
• Test-driven development.
• Excellent working knowledge of design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma).
• Understanding of cloud technologies, ideally Azure.
• Solid understanding of SQL Server, database design and management, knowledge of stored procedures and functions.

About You...

This is a busy role that requires someone with a bright, proactive friendly personality who thrives under pressure and enjoys interacting with our customers and staff.

The successful candidate will have 

• Relevant tertiary degree in Software Engineering and/or Computer Sciences, or other related discipline.
• Development experience with complex / feature-rich Single Page Applications. (E.g. Aurelia, React, Vue).
• Exposure to Vue, Rust, Tauri

Ideally you will have previous experience in the fenestration industry with exposure to some or all of the following software packages.
