About the Role...

 

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the System Administrator – Dynamics 365 owns Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment management, security, monitoring, release coordination, and supports integrations and overall platform governance.

 

The role ensures system reliability, data integrity, and optimal performance while supporting business users and integrations.

 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Administer D365 and Power Platform environments across DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD.
  • Manage users, security roles, teams, and access (Active Directory, group or role-based security).
  • Perform environment configuration, solution management, and adhere to defined ALM activities.
  • Monitor system health, capacity, and performance; manage incidents and root cause analysis.
  • Coordinate platform updates, releases, patches, and regression testing.
  • Support data operations (imports/exports, backups, auditing, cleanup).
  • Manage and troubleshoot integrations (APIs, Azure services, Power Automate).
  • Enforce platform governance, standards, and change control, and license optimisation.

About You...

 

Experience:

  • 5+ years delivering systems administration in Dynamics 365 in production environments.
  • Certification in two or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 credentials.
  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 ERP, Azure AD, Entra ID, Power apps, PowerShell and security.
  • Proficiency in Dataverse configuration, Basic SQL, API’s and integrations.
  • Experience with system auditing, change tracking, performance monitoring and system security.
  • Solid understanding of Dataverse schema, Application Lifecycle Management, and workflow automation.
  • Experience with Integration of external systems via web services and HTTP connectors.
  • Proficiency in managing licensing at scale, maximising value, minimising cost, and ensuring compliance

In addition, you will be;

  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Pragmatic and outcome-focused.
  • Able to balance technical excellence with business value.
  • Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and technical teams
