About the Role...

As part of our vibrant and energetic team, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of the business — providing exceptional customer service to visitors and callers while supporting the team with a range of administrative duties.

Some of the main responsibilities of this role include:

• Answering and directing incoming calls promptly and professionally

• Greeting walk-in customers and visitors with a positive and professional attitude

• Managing and distributing mail, packages, and deliveries

• Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the branch
