 About the Role...

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Production Operator to join our small but vibrant and energetic Alusolutions team.

You will be responsible for:

• Operating various machinery and equipment - plate saw, band saw and guillotine
• Performing quality checks and troubleshooting any issues to ensure consistent output and product quality.
• Adhering to all health, safety and environmental procedures to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
• Assisting with the maintenance and cleaning of equipment to keep it in optimal working condition.
• Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production activities

About You...

You will have:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the metal industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate and maintain various types of industrial equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
