About The Role...

 

We are looking for a well-organised individual with excellent attention to detail to manage and support our key accounts.

 

Working as part of a vibrant and energetic team, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing product information, and undertaking a variety of administrative support duties.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process customer project order requirements.
  • Liaise with customers, internal teams, and external sales to understand project needs, procurement schedules, and lead times.
  • Plan and coordinate the delivery of project orders from ALSPEC supply partners to meet specified lead times.
  • Communicate effectively with ALSPEC supply partners, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to meet delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate procurement of various extrusion and component items as required.
  • Act as the internal sales contact for assigned key project-based customers

About You:

  • Face-to-face servicing of retail or trade-related customers.
  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating work and lead times.
  • Experience working within a Customer Service team environment.
  • Familiarity with building and/or hardware-related products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound literacy and numeracy capabilities.
  • Conflict resolution skills with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
  • A motivated and enthusiastic personality with a team-focused mindset.
  • A proactive, flexible approach to work and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
