About the Role...

 

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our national People & Culture function. This role partners closely with leaders to deliver strong people outcomes while supporting the execution of our broader people and culture strategy.

 

This is a true partnering role focused on coaching leaders, managing employee relations within delegation, supporting workforce planning, and embedding people initiatives across your portfolio.

 

Major responsibilities include;

  • Champion and embed the company values, acting as a role model across the business
  • Take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit
  • Provide timely, high-quality advice on performance management, disciplinary processes, complaints, and grievances
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with the Regional Leadership Team to understand and anticipate people's needs
  • Support organisational culture, engagement, recognition, and performance appraisal processes
  • Assist in the development, review, and rollout of HR policies, procedures, and people programs
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and contribute to ongoing system improvements
  • Coach, train, and advise managers to strengthen people leadership capability and the effective application of HR frameworks

About You...

 

Ideally you will have

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation
  • Demonstrated experience managing employee relations and performance matters
  • Ability to coach and influence leaders at different levels
  • Experience supporting change, workforce planning, and engagement initiatives
  • Strong communication, judgement, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with HRIS and people reporting
