About the Role...

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the The Senior Project Manager will lead a Dynamics 365 modernisation program with a primary focus on disciplined delivery, quality outcomes, and tight governance.

This role is accountable for ensuring the program is executed with precision, robust controls, and minimal risk, delivering a stable, secure, and high‑quality enterprise platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the Dynamics 365 modernisation program with uncompromising attention to detail, with meticulous quality focus and execution discipline.
• Establish and enforce rigorous program governance, delivery standards, and quality controls.
• Own detailed plans covering scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and benefits realisation.
• Actively manage risks, issues, and change through structured processes.
• Ensure testing, data, integrations, and delivery activities meet defined quality and acceptance criteria.
• Drive vendor and system integrator performance against contractual and delivery obligations.
• Provide precise, transparent reporting to executives, enabling informed decision-making.
• Ensure solutions are delivered in alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and operational processes.
• Ensure alignment to PMM with meticulous attention to detail and first class quality of project control.

About You...

Experience:

• Active and current Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Proven experience leading large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 or CRM/ERP transformation programs.
• Exceptional strength in project controls, planning, assurance, governance, and technical delivery priorities.
• Deep experience managing vendors, business leaders, and large multi‑disciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail, risk mitigation, and delivery predictability.
• Ability to balance pace with quality in complex enterprise environments.
• Exceptional communication, prioritisation, risk management, and decision-making skills.

• Pragmatic and outcome-focused, and comfortable influencing senior stakeholder and technical teams.
• Very organised, strategic thinker, thorough individual with strong problem-solving skil
