About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented draftsperson to play a key role in supporting our design and documentation processes. Working closely with our experienced designers and product developers, you’ll assist in preparing, maintaining, and updating a range of technical manual documentation used across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce general arrangement drawings for inclusion in technical manuals and product literature.
• Maintain and update existing technical manuals, drawings, and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support the design team in the development of new aluminium systems and components.
• Contribute to concept designs, detailing, and prototyping within the R&D environment.

Software Used:

• AutoCAD – for drafting and detailing.
• Autodesk Inventor – for 3D modelling and design development.
• Adobe InDesign – for producing and updating technical documentation.

About You:

• Proficient in AutoCAD with a solid understanding of Inventor and InDesign (or willingness to learn).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced R&D environment.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, construction, or façade-related industry will be highly regarded.
