About the Role..
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales professional to join our team in Carrum Downs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Working closely with our internal sales, counter sales and regional sales teams, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers receive prompt, accurate and reliable support.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing quotations and processing customer orders via phone and email.
- Building strong customer relationships by providing helpful, professional and timely service.
- Supporting our counter sales and regional sales teams to achieve their goals.
- Responding to customer enquiries and following up on complaints, product returns and outstanding issues.
- Coordinating with delivery drivers to track orders and keep customers informed.
- Completing general sales administration duties while maintaining accurate records and attention to detail.

Experience in sales coordination, internal sales, customer service or administration will be highly regarded. Previous experience in the aluminium, building, construction or home improvement industries would be an advantage, but we encourage applicants with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
